Shalford Village Hall AGM
The Management Committee and Trustees of Shalford Village Hall invite you to the;
Annual General Meeting at the Hall
on Wednesday 8th April 7.30 pm.
Please come along and see how your village hall is run and looked after. Last year saw a significant change in the committee following the retirement of our Chair and Secretary that had given so much to the Hall over the years. We would kike you to come as see what we have achieved over the year and see our plans for the next five, including some significant maintenance issues we face and a new net zero green initiative as well as an update to the playground.
During the meeting we will present annual reports (financial and activities), elect new trustees, and discuss the future management of the hall.
If you have a couple of hours free on the 8th April please join us, doors open at 19:00.
